Founder & head baker

I baked my first cake at seven, standing on a kitchen stool. By the time I'd finished culinary school in Lyon, I knew exactly what I wanted: to make the kind of cakes people remember for years.

b·treats started in 2014 with a second-hand mixer and a flat full of cake tins. Today we're a tiny, fiercely dedicated studio — but the promise hasn't changed. Everything is made by hand, to order, with ingredients I'd happily feed my own family.
